I'm working on a 2D platformer game and I am figuring out a way to make big maps easily, does anyone here have any recommendations on that?

Hi,
I have something that I have been developing for many a year here and
there. It is called Bob Studio. It is setup to handle sprites and animation,
A cut scene editor, and last but not least a map editor.
The tools include line, circle, filled, nonfilled, every nth space,
pattern fill and a whole lot more. I dont have any tutorials or a manual.
It does have a built in help System. I have not made it public because it is programmed with blitzplus
and I fear it is outdated in both gui and whatnot. To make a long story short.
What format do you need the map info? Do you need it saved in this format
"Data 0,0,2,2,3,4,2,1,1,1" a simple data statement for you to import into your project or what? Let me
know if this sounds like something you want to look into. Like I said I
think it is kind of rough, but it is loads of fun to play with.
Did I mention it has multiple levels of undo redo in case you mess up:) Not
really ready for any public eye but can look at having someone who is serious have a go at it.
