I am using IFSOGUI which is so easy to code them but one question thought....Does have Combo Lists? For example...when come to selecting Age and you click on Combo lists of ages from 16 to 70

P.S. I still using the IFSOGUI Demo as it seem that I have buy them to used ComboBox Arghhhh!

P.S.S. One problem when come to LABELS...how do you get rid of Blue Box when come to creating Label or it is for Demo Purpose?

Hello ,
I purchased the BLitzmax couple of days ago with BLide plus and I am creating my level editor of my rpg.
I am using MaxGui for now , but image buttons are broken.

I am making research for the best GUI library (Mod) for BlitzMax , I saw ifsoGUI , but I would like to ask.

Does support not fullscreen mode?
I did not see any menu gadget.

If you have any opinion about any other GUI mod for BlitzMax tell me.

Thank you.

hich GUI Library do you use?

I've been using the built in MaxGUI. in case you didn't know it is now FREE! Here is the official thread: http://www.blitzmax.com/Community/posts.php?topic=91243
Here is MaxGUI on SourceForge: http://maxgui.sf.net/

ifsoGUI can be used full screen or windowed.

ifsoGUI does not have a menu gadget at this time. But it would be really easy to add it and you do get the source when you purchase it to make adding new features possible.

@TaskMaster - has ifsoGUI been written with OpenGL or Max2D?

SystemError51(Posted 2012) [#8]
ifsoGUI seems to be written entirely in Max2D. I know this since I had to make some modifications to it (for my game).

ifsoGUI is written in pure BiltzMax using Max2D. So, you can use the DirectX7 driver or the OpenGL driver. It will even work with the new DirectX11 driver that is around here somewhere...

I had a go at a chunky, colourful and partially transparent skin for ifsoGUI this afternoon. I've not got all the controls done yet, but my work-in-progress is here.

Edit: I can't make image links work :/

Your skin is perfect and I am trying to create and my own.
But how make your skins transparent?

About image link as I am looking at the code , each gadget have an event , so as I think , if you trap the mouse button click event on the image gadget then you can create the images as links. (My Idea).

I will work with this way making one panel with some labels and I will try to capture the mouse click event on the labels of the panel to simulate menu selection and menu creation. Not real menu.

The menu bar will be some panel or some image and one the image there will be labels and you click one the labels , I will see

A menu is a menu, but do you know what, I'm over the moon you've decided to have a crack at it, I know we had words elsewhere, but, this will do you good.

Keep it up! ;)
