A good IDE for Linux

BlitzMax Forums/BlitzMax Beginners Area/A good IDE for Linux

Hello,
I use Blitzmax on Linux Mint 6, and I use MaxIde2 community edition.
It is good, but I wish to know if there are other IDE/editors built for linux (not to be used with wine).
I cannot find any VERY good ide/editor.
Can you help me please?

Might look at E since it works with my BlitzMax bundle for the most part (should, anyway, if not most of the commands are just shell script and should be easily fixed), but development of the Linux port is still ongoing. Note: E is not free.

Beyond this, there's plenty of other editors out there, but you'll have to make the effort to add BMax support to them, since I doubt any of the people making the editors care about supporting a language that isn't open source/free/widely used/etc.

Thank you Nilium, the problem is creating complex games, it should be useful to get a good ide like blide.

Thank you!
