Hi guys, I thought I'd pick up an old hobby again and since I am on mac (10.4 / Macbookpro) I though I might as well buy BlitzMax. Which I just did. I installed it and installed XCODE (2.5 I believe)...and tried 'hello world'.

This is what I got:

Building untitled1
Compiling:untitled1.bmx
Compile Error: Can't find interface for module 'brl.blitz'
[/Applications/BlitzMax118_MacOS/BlitzMax/mod/brl.mod/blitz.mod/blitz_classes.i;70;1]
Build Error: failed to compile /Applications/BlitzMax118_MacOS/BlitzMax/tmp/untitled1.bmx
Process complete

What did I do wrong?

The first thing you should probably do is go to Account -> Product Updates and download the latest, which is 1.28 currently.

Then see how you get on :-)

Yah I'd install the update to the latest version, and also go to one of the menu's in the IDE and do a `synchronize modules`, and then close the IDE and come back to it, see how that goes.

Apart from MaxGUI, the 128 mod server is empty is it not?

Thanks! I got the update and did a 'synchchronize modules'....of course I had to copy one part from the old installation (the update deleted one important file...fasm2as I believe)...

Thanks again...Blitz is running and I've got a horde of little tanks driving around my screen. ;)
