What good reason is there to end graphics? Someone in one thread wrote a brief comment about it preventing the desktop being messed up (I'm guessing because of being in something like 16bit, and then closing the app and returning to 32bit) but this wouldn't apply to windowed mode... would it?

Hello.

If your app run in a window it use same color bits than desktop surface

Thanks Paposo, I am aware of that. I'm wondering why someone would want to use EndGraphics, if in windowed mode you wouldn't need to fix problems associated with changing between bit values.

It will as well take care that all media is cleaned at that point while not stopping your whole application.

Could be when you would want to change resolution or go from fullscreen to windowed or vice versa.

Hmmm, okay... thanks :)

Sorry. previous i not understand your first question. English is almost like swahili for me :)

EndGraphics close the Graphics Object and allow it to realize certains clean operations.

Is a good practice always restore temporally altered stats and allow to the routines of low level to do same thing.

Bye,
Paposo
