If you had bothered to do a search you would find countless posts about this.
no frameworks, but plenty of code and info to make one.

I did "bother" to look, but like you said I need something more than "somewhat" works. I'd gladly pay for a stable Windows screensaver framework.

Not sure exactly what you're after or what effort you are prerpared to put in but this might help.

Im sorry for comming off a bit rude, i should have worded my reply differently.

Anyway, i looked over the link i supplied and made it work properly with 1.28, so far as i know it has all that is needed to make a screensaver.
i know its not a "framework", but for something this simple a framework isnt really necessary imo.
