Events stopped working

Thanks to Fabian (Thats 1/2hour of my life you own me)
Import brl.win32maxgui no longer imports the eventqueue.

So if you are useing something from before this change and its stopped working then make sure you add

Import brl.eventqueue

(OK so I understand why, but its still anoying)
