Extern on the Mac

Hi, so I'm used to using Extern and declaring various windows functions that I want to use and looking them up on MSDN but where can I find out about the equivalent Mac OS functions please? Thanks

Grey Alien: I'm in exactly the same boat as you when it comes to trying to find equivalent OS X / Linux commands for easy Windows API. I usually end up just Googling for the result I'm after with the words "OS X" or "Cocoa" in the search terms.

I use appkidoo Re bmx externs, don't expect to be doing anything useful with the apple from outside a .m objective-c file.

If you happened to install *all* of the documentation with your XCode you can always try /Developer/ADC Reference Library/index.html (It should be located on your system/boot partition - open a Finder window, click on the disk icon and you should see a Developer folder ;-)
