And this is ment for future posts, can you try and make your titles reflect in some way the information you are looking for.
I know I know, pain in the behind, but if the boards are full of "Please Help", "Im stuck," or "Noob question", it just becomes anoying. Its not realy a major problem, because of..... The search function.
Which brings me to my second request, could you please search the boards before your question. Ok maybe you want a specific reply, but I bet if you go through TonyGs answers (for example), he has posted that exact reponse before.
Also in answer to your question, trawl the Tutorials section of the boards, in addition to the ones recomended above, I would sudjest anything by assari.
