| Dear Blitzmax Users ! I decided to host a forum especially only for german Blitzmax Users. This forum should be a ressource for all real beginners without any knowledge of Blitzmax and also for advanced guys. Please consider to avoid a missunderstanding that my forum will be not a replacement of this official Blitzmax section but only an additional place for discussion and knowledge or experiance sharing in Blitzmax for german guys. In fact I earn no money or something like this for my website ... it is only my private project ! Furthermore I also have to place issues here for sure because I am a beginner too ! I already have asked the webmaster to place a link for my forum in the link section here. Maybe together with some german guys we can create a further Blitzmax knowlegde base and forum for this great programming language. By the way: If such a posting is not allowed please delete it and I beg your pardon ! I only want to support Blitzmax from the german side too. Kind regards. | there's allready a german board ... www.blitzforum.de ... and now ... german: Was soll der Quatsch, jeder deutsche User kennt das offizielle deutsche Portal, wozu eine Ankündigung im englischen Forum für ein Board welches eh keinen Erfolg haben wird, so wie schon tausend andere Versuche dem offiziellen Forum den Rang abzulaufen? |

| Du hast mein Posting eventuell falsch aufgefasst. Ich versuche keinem Board den Rang abzulaufen ... was bereits in meinem Announcement zu lesen ist. Ich würde auch niemals in einem deutschen Forum auf meine Webseite aufmerksam machen. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich an den Entwickler gewendet. Ein einfaches Beispiel: Wenn ich Entwickler oder Herausgeber einer Applikation wäre und andere begeisterte User sich diesem Thema annehmen und aus eigenem Ermessen und vor allem Interesse in einer gewissen Art und Weise dieses Thema auch bewerben und freiwilligen Support leisten, sollte keineswegs ein Grund zur Beschwerde vorhanden sein. Ich als Entwickler wäre um jeden freiwilligen Support dankbar. Und wirklich viele Foren zum Thema Blitzmax ( und nur Blitzmax ) gibt es wohl im Vergleich zu anderen Bereichen nicht. Aber mit Postings deiner Art habe ich selbstverständlich gerechnet. Vielleicht sieht das der Herausgeber ein wenig anders wie Du. Ich betreibe diese Seite aus reinem Hobby und Begeisterung an dieser Programmiersprache. Da sollte man vorher schon ein wenig überlegen und nicht gleich mit den üblichen Unterstellungen präsent sein. Ich habe auch kein Interesse, weitere politische Emails zu beantworten sondern wollte einfach ein bisschen zum deutschen Support im Thema Blitzmax beitragen. Gruss Oxcom |

| Since the death of "blitzcoder.com" (r.i.p) I mostly spend my time here. As said, there's already a German Blitz Portal for all blitz dialects. For me as person, I prefer fewer websites with higher quality than having dozens of them each with 100 members. Anyway, good luck with this. |

| Oxcom, if you have usefull stuff to share with the german community or inputs/suggestions to the community portal, we are always happy if you bring them up as the Portal isn't finished yet and new usefull things are currently in dev. Greetings Dreamora - German Blitz community mod |

| Yes, I really agree with the others: There habe been three (!) more or less successful forums for some time but after a year almost everyone tends to return to http://www.BlitzForum.de after those wonderful changes. It would be useless & naive to work against this trend just in order to get power and control over a community. |

| Just a side note: In general for most cases topics don't get locked or deleted on these forums unless absolutely needed. |
