Are we allowed to sell software/games we make with Blitzmax, my projects is prob. a month off finished, but just wanted to know :D thx

just take a look at the licenses you are using. For instance, if you are using FMOD, you may need to get a license. for the most part BRL modules are Free/ Open Source with no restrictions though

As above. In general, with the standard release of BlitzMax, that comes from BRL, you can create whatever you like with it and sell the things that YOU create with it (sourcecode or software) as you see fit, no restrictions, commercially, shareware, freeware, whatever. If you are using someone else's third party module you may want to check their license as mentioned above.
