I dont own BMax, im just messing with the demo and im wondering how big are BMax exes for a standard game? (Max2D, audio modules, etc, all the standard modules for a game)

Beaker(Posted 2005) [#2]
About 1.3MB before UPX compression.

TriviaNet Challenge is just under a meg.

Sybixsus, is that without using Framework?

The exe's are small if you use only the required modules for your app, and you are not including media in your exe's.

I have an exe here that is 86kb for example. Compress that further and I got it to 32kb.

Current project is about 800K compressed (with embedded graphics). Uncompresses to about twice that.

james Boyds RockOut game/demo comes in at 502Kb.
This includes 87Kb of gfx/sfx and is based on a 'Frameworked' version.

UPX'ing the exe brings it down to 270Kb.

No, but it's a pretty broad framework including all or most of the things you would need for an average game, which was what I think Regular K was asking.
