Zelda FSA graphics

I was just wondering if there was a way to do the effectin in Zelda:FSA, like the water with the clouds refelection, and the world zoomin.

I have hacked into the GC Disk Iso, and found out that the graphics are LTTP quilty, just using a speacel set of filters on top, that is another question how could you apply filters like they do in FSA to a excating image..

one last thing, is there a way to move move the texture on the mesh used to display the images in MAX2D without effecting the mesh location, I was thinking that you could use that effect to do fog, wind, or such.

can someone, figure out a way to work with palletes in BMAX that would help alot :P
