Lags while running

Hi. sometimes when I run my game (that include physics) I get like Lags (I mean significant frame drops) for a second or two its like the system get busy with something that affects the game. Is there a way to avoid this? Im running on window mode could that be the case?

Are you giving the system proper time to handle other messages?

Are you creating lots (and lots) of objects?

GrayV How do I do that. what other messages? when im running the game (on window mode) I dont run anything more then skype. and no lake of Ram memory brucey: no lots of objects were created.
