I just found this on the french blitz website. I bought a copy of BCF back in the day. I remember at the time I rather liked it. It's probably worth picking up. As for EasyTok... Tokamak was free anyway, and was pretty easy to use, so I'm not sure why this exists. However, last time I looked at Tokamak it also appeared to have memory leaks. Use with caution (I should take another look, my C++-fu has improved since then).

It's an application-style (as opposed to game-style) GUI system using the Blitz 2D drawing commands. It's very nice to look at, and easy to use, but it will probably kill the performance of a 3D application since the two systems don't play well together.
