Hallo,
just wanted to mention that I am currently working on a wrapper for physX aka NovodeX (-> http://www.ageia.com/novodex_tools.html ). You can download the wrapper from http://www.mindermensch.de/nxwrap/nxwrap.zip, but you will need the NxCharacter.dll, the NxCooking.dll and the NxPhysics.dll from the physX SDK v2.2.
I don't know if I'm going to wrap every function of it as it isn't free for commercial projects. So far, I have included most of the basic functions plus the character controller.
There isn't any documentation yet.

A screenshot from the sample:

Feel free to try it out.

PS: There is a bug regarding the breaking joint. Sometimes there is an MAV, sometimes not ...

Looks nice so far, but if its commercial, how can you
distribute the wrapper? 0.o

I think it is free for personal use, like my wrapper for RakNet...

KuRiX is right.

I imagine Novodex is prohibitively expensive seeing as it's a major professional engine with it's own physics processor available. I'll stick t playing with ODE knowing if it does something I like I can use it. I'd hate to use Novodex, find a great feature, and realise without shelling out $thousands I can't use it :(

Nice job on the wrapper!
Demo was solid and performed well. I enjoyed it!
With hardware acceleration in Novodex future this should be interesting to watch. I only wish the license fees were smaller.

Like Shifty I REALLY enjoy ODE and it's price/performance.

Even if it's not free can he distribute his wrapper, just not the engine.
