Everyone:

I just tried out the demo of this library and it works great! Considering most SDKs cost a fortune, this thing is priced at $50...just right for my budget.

Anyhow, I talked with the author and you can now purchase the library at:

The library is called TruDimension.

The author told me it would take a day or so to process my order.

Anyone else try out this library yet?

Hmmm... does anyone have any experience using these 3D glasses? Do they really work? There was a list of products here:

http://www.unitypro.com/catalog.1.html

FULLY SUPPORTED:

E-Dimensional - new version
E-Dimensional - old version
H3D Glasses
c3Dnow
Vrealities VR-3D

I did a quick search and these seem rather cheap, but the real question is what's the best of the bunch and is it still worth the money (even if it's cheap)?

Hi Mustang,
The e-Dimensional glasses are the best company supported of the bunch (hardware-wise).
You can buy then from the vendor or they are on Ebay - real cheap all the time. So thats a good way to get a pair without spending a lot of money. Obvoiusly Im guessing that E-Dimensionsl dosent have any form of warrenty for Ebay puchases.
You are correct, there many types of 3D glasses out there. However, each one is is controled diffrently, there is no standard and the companies wont part with a developers kit for less than several thousand dollars. So even after you do that, you can still only support the one set of glasses. I designed this add-on to support the largest number of glasses and the most compatable glasses with the software that is avliable.
The image quality is amazing and the add-on is easy to use. I hope that helps answer your questions.
Cheers
Dr. Wildrick
