Here is a link to a tool, it loads DLL's, or it loads all DLL's attached to a process, and lists all the functions from the DLLs.It doesnt tell the arguments, but you can figure them out.

Dude! This actually EXPORTS the functions to a text file!
No more reading thru the lists and typing with PEView!
