Creating An Extruded Triangle

Anyone know how in B3D how to go about creating an "extruded" triangle. What I mean by this is, that it has a front and back triangle with sides ( 3 sides made with quads perhaps ) and joining them up and with u / v cords.

How about making that as create_my_cylinder with AddVertex and AddTriangle.

createcylinder is really supersimple. otherwise id use 3 quads and rotate them accordingly, then add 2 tris. tris are always a littlebit hard to uv-map, eg. 0,1 - 0.5,0 - 1,1 - counterclockwise. but this is still distorted.
