Hi all, See galary, there are some of my screenshots for XAGND3D engine, the screenshots are made only to show that Iam not a liar and I can make directX engine for blitz3d Note that my Engine Commands are like Blitz3D's commands. The engine is almost out, and when I finish it I will told you. and see if anyone can help me in selling this Engine. The engine is very fast, but there are several problems with shaders, but I will handle that. For now thats all, and I will put more screenshots if the shaders work correctly. Note: In all screenshots vertical sync is on so the fps is 60(left/top corner of the screen).(screenshots uploading will take some time, I uploaded them since 1 hour) |

What about render to texture? And moving collisions, and fast pixel manipulation? Looks good so far! Keep up the good work! |

if you dont implement several bumpmapping techniques as well as some shaders, shadows and post processing, people won't bb instead of this. you have to offer little more that this :) but good progress you made buddy:) |

collions detection is in progress. fast pixel manipulation will be added later. engine is not finished yet, and many functions will be added. |

Edit: Did anyone grab the images when they were there? Love to see them! Just right clicked all the missing image links....the middle one still seems ok (not sure why it's not displaying) try right clicking the 2nd image, select Properties and copy and paste the web address into your address bar in your browser. (Worked for me....although, nothing impressive to see; no wow factor at all) |

Can you post some screenshots of the engine features? i see you have a LightCastShadow function, so i suppose you have done some shadowing technique? and can you post a screenshot or video somewhere without VSync, so we can see the performance? ;) Looks interesting buddy ;-) |

Hi ala samodi when your finished with dx9 and shader stuff I would like to try it from you the .decl file .dll file and .bb files to show us some demo's 8-) Do take your time to perfect it I'm really excited to see this. Sorry I haven't been on here for a long time on here been studying alot and fixed some major bugs in my machine here and there. |

Like I said Floyd Been busy having some fun, improving my life got myself focused again , been studying c++ 4 to 5 years now really improved as for my b3d improved in some area's but not all new video card updated system fixes here and there Doggie: I'm starting to think maybe this was all just a hoax. Look this is a new year let's restart fresh shall we OR Do you object to that? the choice is yours I really do not care let's talk truth here shall we I never gave up on Blitz3d even though I had some bugs from it and my computer but hey as a Novice programmer I half to learn to deal with it just like you do |

"ala_samodi" never produced anything further. The Russians did produce a far more complete and working DX9 for Blitz3D. As far as I know development ended and they concentrated on Xors 3D: http://xors3d.com I'm not sure if any of the Russian DX9 stuff is still hosted and BRL killed the thread I created when the Russians were 'up in arms' over the fact that I got my hands on it whilst it was work in progress - you'll probably find remnants of it over at http://blitz.pp.ru/ I think it probably got butchered in various directions as the Russians have done this previously with shadow systems and other stuff that seems to originate from a single source and end up being sold in various guises. |

hey puki the site http://blitz.pp.ru/ works and is still there b3d source code in english but the coders comments are in russian I wish I could read russian sometimes on a seperate note and different discussion: giles is now freeware. |
