I've been trying to duplicate the heat shimmer effect found in this ashadow demo - http://agametech.nm.ru/Shadow%20demo3.rar Sadly, I haven't achieved it.. This demo offers no code example so I was wondering if any other Ashadow user(s) has been able to do these heat shimmer effects, and if so mind pointing me in the right direction.. Thanks !

...I did it and everything i did is set up refractive flag over plane i put on to fireplace and do positiontexture i used for bump...I have no code here but i can post when i get back home..

If not: Devil Childs "shader lib" (see showcase board) will do it.

Thanks Naughty, would like to take a peek at it.. I've tried everything but to no prevail. Dreamora, I had looked at that but my project is so Ashadow deep now I dont think another lib would be the solution. Thanks though.
