is it possible to have blitz make 3D that will work with 3D-glasses? As in have it look like the objects are coming at you.

Blitz3dCoder(Posted 2007) [#2]
The people who made match3d did it.

No clue how though.

puki(Posted 2007) [#3]
Yes it is and it works really well.

Doing it with wireframe graphics is the easiest.

Easiest way to test it is to have two rotating cubes slightly offset from each other.

thnx guys

now...if only i had some 3D glasses...

Ah, well - off to a bit of a non-starter then.

Shame, coz that demo I posted is amazing 3D that comes out of the screen at you.

trying it now....that looks cool (I've got 3d glasses)

I bought a 5-pack of 3D glasses from here earlier in the year:

"All prices include delivery any where world wide."

Quite effective on that demo if you get up close to the walker and rotate it against the background.

Is it possible to do this with Real D glasses?

IPete2(Posted 2007) [#10]
Don't know about Real D glasses, but look in the toolbox for Other Libs and look at the bottom entry.

I have used the red/cyan glasses and the ones which flicker with B3d they work pretty well, but the flicker glasses rely on the graphics card and special drivers which if you visit the nVidia website and search for 3d drivers you'll find have a special set up.

Nevermind. Real D glasses won't work.
