Best format?

I use 3dsmax to make my meshes but i understand that there is no many option to export, then i will use blender or milkshapes to convert in b3d..
What is the best format to convert dxf, obj, 3ds or ase? (what format is best suggest to convert in b3d)

If your 3DSMax support this plugin you can give it a try, if not, export to obj and load in MilkShape may work.

Softimage XSI Modtool is well worth a look. It's got lots of tutorials, it's extremely powerful and has an option to export to .x. There are very few restriction unlike Caligari's Gamespace.

Which version of Max are you running? The Onigirl (B3d Pipeline) works in Max up to version 8. - Just make sure if you use 6,7, or 8 you add in the extra download available at Onigirl.

Yes i know but i use the max9... And i try unwrap too but i must buy it, i search a possibility for free before.. If i will be unlucky at all i'll buy!

You have bought 3dMax havn't you? surely a few dollars for the export and convertion tool would be a good investment?
