Anisotropic filtering. It's something else that enhances the way polygons are drawn as further they go in the distance, where it supersamples the textures and such and allows it to make the look of those texture much more clearer (read: less burry). Blitz3D doesn't allow setting Anisotropic Filtering, but your display driver allows tweaking that feature for your 3D applications. |
