..after messing with it today, I must say, I really like it...unfortunatelly, I cant get idea how to create more skins for it..how you guys making new skins for it, or there is some tool available for it but I missed it completely???

Use the original parts of the GUI as starting point. The tool? Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, MS Paint, or whatever you use for drawing and picture editing.
