rotate an enviroment map / texture?

But rotatetexture doesn't work on an environment map does it? (one loaded with flags 64 or 128)

I want to use a sphere or cube map for lighting, but I want the direction of the light to change. . .

That's the first time anyone has said anything about my slightly unusual signiture! :O)

I dunno why I use it really - i just came up with the rhyme years ago and just thought it was mildly amusing. Or if not amusing then at least weird.

I started using it as my signiture and then forgot about it . . .
