| I bought Gile(s) I was pay but I don't get registration code. I was pay last saturday. Howmay time is the registration procedure? |

| How did you pay? If you didn't by credit card it takes up to 1 week until the sell system gets the money so it can take up to 10 work days until you receive it. (ps: saturday and sunday don't count as they are no workdays. So if you pay on saturday the money won't be anywhere before monday normally) But at best, use the contact possibilities mentioned on the page. |

| Mike - relax - Fredbourg is possibly on his holidays (it is August), but he certainly is not going to rip you off - don't worry. Gile[s] has many many satisfied customers and we get free updates reasonably regularly. I can imagine you want to get started straight away because it is such a fab. tool. Hang in there dude. | Mike: No its not over 90 hours. Weekend does not count. Its 48h workday and you bought on saturday so you start counting on monday morning. (don't know which time zone actually) But back on topic: Yes check your spam folder, they tend to block such stuff quite often. If there isn't anything there as well, create an acc on the official boards and send him a PM in case he was not able to mail to you at all (mail relay errors and the like. my previous hoster had such problems with hotmail and other insecure freemail services). Service is normally quite good so I don't think he is letting you waiting just for fun. (in case you had to enter some kind of password when buying on shareit: try to download it yourself with your username and that password on giles page under upgrade. Can't say if such a formular field exists, as I've been using Gile[s] since the first "beta" release) |
