Lotus Particle System - free to use?

Blitz3D Forums/Blitz3D Programming/Lotus Particle System - free to use?

I've been trying the Lotus particle system R2 from the tools section, which includes the source code. The readme says Noel would just like to be emailed about project webpages etc. and mentioned, but what does the Mozilla licence mean?

Bottom line, is it free to use by anyone for anything with no strings attached?

Second thing, where can I find "F-UI 3D" that is required to run the Lotus Editor?

..I wouldnt bother with F-UI 3D, since editor is not finished (I did received compiled version from some guys here, and Noel itself said that editor is not done)

far as I know its free for use of any kind (not selling or something as your product)..and its pretty nice and fast..i did some things with it already..

It certainly is easy to use - had it incorporated into my program within about 5 minutes.

Some of the commands are pretty cryptically named though - I don't suppose there is a commands document anywhere?

..I think Noel put documents about it in Coding Archive, but I am not sure is it still there..better email him...
