Hi!

Has anyone yet successfully converted a boned lightwave animation to b3d? the use of terabits lwdeform does not work (can't see the anim, in lw it shows up). any other tools aorund for this issue?

I did that over PolyTrans for MAX plug in (I import everything in to 3DSMAX) and then export over B3D pipeline as B3D...working fine here...as I mentioned before, every single cent I spend on very expensive plug in like Polytrans, is worth...

TB's tool works just fine for me (boned/skinned .LWO)... be sure to have weightmaps, uvs and triple the ngons. You're doing something wrong if it doesn't work for you... Also note that there are two tools, one for "rigid" and one for "deformable" models.

#edit: beat me to it ;)

terrabits lwdeform works fine, infact better than fine
it must be your lightwave scene file

1: does the mesh convert and show up in the converter window
2: have you key framed and used weight map only

I find that exporting to directx then convert to .b3d in unwrap3d works well for Lightwave bone anims.
