I'm afraid not :o) You can create them in purebasic though.

Well, C++ isn't a program.... But you can make DLLs in tons of languages... Like: C C# C++ BlitzMax (With this MakeDLL thingie by someone I forget :/) And more!

Delphi can aswell D can probably do it too Pure Basic would be the easiest of all of them for making .dll's.

I meant C++ as in a language. sorry for the misunderstanding.
