B3D Models crash in debug mode

For some reason the B3D models I have crash upon quitting the program when using debug mode, without debug mode on the program quits without any error messages at all, unfortunately I?fm not the one that handles the models I just program so I might not initially be able to post all the details you?fd need to know to say what to do to solve the problem.

The error messages given are "entity does not exist" followed by a visual C++ runtime error message saying "runtime error abnormal program termination"

He uses a Character Studio Biped for bone Structure and a Skin Modifier for attaching the bones. This is all done in 3D Studio MAX 5.

Has anybody else had this problem and know how to resolve it?

I actually posted this on the pipeline forums about a fortnight ago but so far got no replies so I thought I'd post here too, where are you Pudding?
