Does anybody know where vividgl has dissapeared to?

I quite like the sound of it considering i want the use of shaders.

But i went to the website and its empty, nothing is there.

That's really surprising.

i heard he was giving it away for free.

Antony turned up the other day said it was going t be free, and disappeared again. Something to do with a nervous breakdown has kept him away from the puter the last few months apparently :(

Antony Wells disappeared for a few months.
He recently came back, after dealing with financial troubles.
Then he disappeared again completely out of the blue (I think about 2 days after he came back).
Strangely, so did his web hosting account. That may be because 100webspace (his web host) requires for free accounts to be renewed every 12 months...

My verdict on Vivid GL: It has/had good potential. It was extremely fast, and had a nice feature list. However, it was buggy. These bugs could have been fixed had the support person (Antony) not fallen off the face of the Earth.

The word "bargepole" springs to mind on occasions like this.
