..hi folks..I have to play some AVI's for cut scene on my current project...since I'm find some stuff for that here before, I didnt check stuff untill now..and results is bad..i mean, picture and frame rate of played animation is not good at all..so, does anyone ever play successfuly some cut scene animation here from Blitz3D, and if it is, wich DLL, or lib is used for..thanks a lot..

I think you have to put a little Delay in when playing video. This gives the system some time to do its thing. Try it and see. Delay 1 or 2 should be enough.

one thing to note is playing AVI's is like playing music its a one shot deal once you start playing you then call the draw routines and let it go from there. You will be amazed at how many people miss that one ;)
