I have just discovered by playing about, a nice kinda 'Inverted' look. Using NEGATIVE LightColor and AmbientLight, and high, positive CameraFogColor, any scene can be transformed.

I will stick something in the Archives sso as I can to show this off in the best way.

I can't remember who but there was a whole demo of this not-so-long ago called 'grey' I think.

theduck: you mentioned you have the demo+source for the black-light demo.... Could I please have it? I saw the screenshot for this in the gallery (assuming it's the same one) and really liked it!
