Hi. I know that with Giles we have the option of adding custom properties to be exported which can be read later on by blitz code. What I want to know is if there is a way to do this same thing with the Blitz 3D Pipeline for 3D studio max. I know that if you right click on an entity and then go into it's properties there is a user defined properties section, but can anything be done with this. If adding custom properties is possible for an entity then I need to know if how one would read the custom information from the b3d file after it's been exported. Thank you.

It all comes down to that terrible thing called file parsing to get your properties out in one wholseome piece...

M-M-Mummy I'm scared!!! >sound of rapid running feet<

The free file parser you can download from Giles website should get you up and running in no time.

He's talking about 3D studio max, I think.

Optomistic - I think he means that you would need the file parser from giles website, to add more funcionality to the 3dsmax pipeline.
