Blitz BASS - where is it?

Hi! In this forum there are a few references to sound software called "BASS" - that I would like to learn about - but using google etc. I can't find it. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

The Blitz BASS showcase entry is at http://www.blitzcoder.com/cgi-bin/showcase/showcase_showentry.pl?id=rob__hutchinson02202002121539&comments=no but the links no longer work. Although I'm sure it uses the same DLL, there doesn't seem to be the source/API calls mentioned on the BASS site. However, Rob Hutchinson, the guy behind the Blitz source is the main man behind the Proten IDE, so you may be able to contact him through that site ( www.proteanide.co.uk ) to see if he still has the source.
