I'm working on a tool for converting files between different formats. Once you have imported your mesh(es) you can then export them to another format, or manipulate them with common tools (Weld, unweld, flip, mirror, rotate, calculate normals (two different modes including an advanced smoothing method) and more).

It's still early days yet, but it's coming along nicely.

Looks nice. It is certainly nice to have another file format converter that supports skeletal animation; currently Ultimate Unwrap is the only one. Which incidentally is the first place I'd look for a list of file formats to support, since your tool will have to cover most of the ones supported by Ultimate Unwrap to be useful.

Is this going to be free?? cant see much reason to buy it when I could buy UU3D which is also recomended for other tasks.

or he could cover those not covered by UU, or with problems at it...
