Texturing a Mesh

I created a mesh in Wings, but when I load it into Blitz3D I can't get it to texture. What must I do, to Texture my mesh using "EntityTexture" comand. |

Make sure the TextureMap\Maps is in the same folder as the mesh.Only the Textures name is stored in the Model file not the full path to its location. [edit] Ahhh is wings the modeling program that dosn't have UV mapping? I thought I read that somwhere.If so then what I said dosnt hold true. [edit] |

Wings has a function for setting UV. I just didn't know how to use it. But I did finally get it to work from an example on the wings web site. At first I thought I could just save a 3D object and load it into Blitz, I didn't know I had to set the UV up before saving it. I just downloaded the program on sat. It seems to work great for a free program. Thanks for the help. |
