Has anyone noticed that the LoopSound function doesn't loop sounds seemlessly. If I create an MP3 or WAV and loop it in WAVELAB or COOL EDIT PRO it loops fine. If I then loop it in Blitz3d with the loopsound function it appears to add a tiny but noticable gap making the loop sound unseemless.

Any thoughts?

Anyone got any thoughts on this one?

Not used loopsound yet but I will probably at one stage for background noise of a spaceships engines.

I'm thinking that this might be something we can't avoid which is a shame.

Your sound has no silence at the start or end?

Hmm, I've got a looped spaceshipsound, which works just fine. Are you sure you haven't got any silence saved with it which might be out of your working range during editing?

I have 'zoomed' in on the wave cannot see ANY silence. If I loop it in WAVELAB all is fine.

How did you create your loops?

I use LoopSound for continuous water and wind sounds with no problem.
Check the start and end of your wave file in something like CoolEdit.

I've never had any problems with it...At first I thought it may have been your actual sound, but then I notice you state 'in WAVELAB or COOL EDIT PRO it loops fine.' So I dunno - soz
