i can use b3d format for comercial game if i no use bliz3d?

As far as I know, yeah. Milkshape, Ultimate Unwrap and Character FX use it, they're commercial products and they weren't written in Blitz3d.

I don't know if there's any restriction on using the .b3d format with a non-Blitz3d program - there's nothing to say that it can't be used in the documentation - however - you would have to write your own loading/creation routine - if you are using C++ and DirectX then you would probably be better off using the .x format.
