Sprites Unpickable?

Are sprites now un-pickable? Were they ever?

The above is the camerapick example modified with a sprite in place of a cube.. It wont pick the sprite at all.... Is this busted, or never really there in the first place?

You have to use box or oval collision for sprites. Polygon does not work.
