Alpha problems with Fogging...

Hiya all,
Does anyone know a way to get Alpha maps working with distance fogging? At the moment it fades the alpha polygons too so that they become gradually more opaque. So if I have my alpha based smoke sprite it starts to turn into a solid square the further it goes into the fog.

Try using the EntityFx command and disable fogging. I had to do this with my particles.
