Does anyone know how to make an enviroment light in a bsp level

For example I've got an outdoor map where I want to have a single light source(the sun)

I have tried using 1 powerful light in a room but doesnt look too good!

Any ideas or suggestions anyone

See the maplet demo or castle demo.

Yeah but can it be done using a BSP level, for example the outdoor levels in Halflife

no, you have to use a skybox. See the tutorials section of this site for help on those.

If you use bsp, simply set the texture to 'caulk' where you want to see through the level. This means you will be able to see the sky outside.

Of course "CAULK", why didnt I think of that!!

ThanX Rob ;-)
