DirectX 8 skinned mesh animation

Hi,

I am using Animation Master to create my characters and animations. I use the AMXtex (http://www.obsidiangames.com) plugin to export the animations as DirectX. If I export them as "retained mode", the animations play with no problem in the program. However, if I export as "DirectX 8 skinned mesh", there is no animation at all. I tried it also with Milkshape (exported as DirectX 8.0 file), and there was no animation, so I don't think there is a problem with the plugin.

I don't like the look of the retained mode rendering, and prefer to use Animation Master instead of Milkshape.

Any suggesions?

Thanks!

Blitz supports DX7 format dx models.
Convert it to B3D using ultimate unwrap first.
