Hi, I've only had Blitz3D for a few days, but I was wondering if there is any build in shadows at all?

Afraid there isn't. There are a number of techniques you can use, have a look at the code archives. And I am sure that sswift will try to sell his shadow library to you at some point ;-) (I've heard it is quite good though I've never tried it myself)

I've tried SSwift's Shadow System. It's the only thing I've seen that's worth bothering with. Writing your own is a real challenge, and you're unlikely to get it going as fast and simple as SSwift's system. It's a steal at $15 for a shareware license.

Thanks guys.

Shawn's Shadow system is AWESOME. Stuck a money order in the mail for it today, you will NOT regret getting it...
