The YAL topic seems to have gone a little quiet.
Sswift, can you post a link for the last/latest version, please...
Been following it with great interest, and it's way past time to send both you and Marcelo a round of applause.
Sterling work!
Are you and Marcelo still conversing/cooperating?

Check the code archives, I think sswift placed his latest update there. Marcelo posted a couple of days ago to say his new super-improved lightmapper is in production now.

Yeah, but which one should we be looking at?
Are they both working independantly?

sswift(Posted 2003) [#4]
My last update is in the code archives.

Marcello's last update is in one of those threads.

The two updates do different things. After I made my update, Marcello chose to update his original code in a totally different way from what I did.

I suggest you grab both, but use Marcello's for now. My code uses linepicking rather than entity visible with my own custom linepick function so you might want to look at that.

As for wehther I will do any more updates, I'm not currently working on anything with that, though I have been thinking about different methods of doing radiosity since I'd much rather have radiosity in any lightmappper I use.

Thanks, got them both. Will look at them both.
Neddless to say, briliant work from you both - what a difference lightmapping makes.
Thanks for the time spent on this, and big thanks for sharing your work.
