Any draw back to using banks in a game? Is there an upper limit to size? Has anyone had trouble with this blitz language feature (excluding difficulty using it).

Baudspeed,

They are fast and furious, can be saved, loaded, ammended, they're very powerful. No problems at all so far.

The limit is memory in your pc I think.

We have had multiple banks being used at the same time with absolutely no issues at all.

Theres probably a tutorial at Blitzcoder.

I didnt understand the banks very well until i took a look at kens code (BTW if ken reads this . thanks man!)

I just wanted to make sure that using them wouldn't be bad results in the long term. I have to load a fair amount of data for my tiled world mesh and kens method of retreiving things is very much like a VB collection object, and fast too. =)
