Hi, I'm about to embark on an exporter in 3DSMAX that will export a .B3D file. I have a couple of questions before I start. Q1) How do I export a non skinned animation. In other words if I build a ball and make it bounce how do I get the data into a .B3D format that will then show up in Blitz? Q2) Does anyone have a basic breakdown of the format on how it is to be exported. There is on example, but it doesn't seem to include question ones data. Can any one clear this up for me. Thats my lot! As soon as I've programmed it, I'll release it to the general public. all the best, Mike |

If the animation is non-skinned then you can export to 3ds file format. |

I want to use .B3D as it handles all the other stuff like vertex colours and multitexturing. So does anyone know how to do this, if it's possible at all that is? |
