Not everyone knows everything you know. This is going to be new to somebody, as andy demonstrates.

@Hotshot2005:
Couldn't you be a little kinder when pointing out those kind of things? After all Not everyone know these things as Hotcakes had previously stated.

Heh, I took my baby steps in Blitz3D through these a couple of years ago. Excellent tutorials!

I've been around these forums for way more than 3 years - I hadn't seen those before!

Very nice though, I think they really do get down to what many users want to get to grips with in making their first games, without drearily repeating "Hello World" stuff!

(Yeah, I know the basics are important, but where so many people like to rrush in, this actually gives them the opportunity to do that and see how the program is built up)

Hey,
I just found another tutorial that looks very nice.

Wicker, any and all tutorials you find, post links to them. And everyone else, you find something , do not be afraid to post the links here on these forums.

Not everyone is going to scan all the forums looking for the fact Mr Hot Shot found the one back in 2007 . And thanks for that back then hotshot, good work, but please do not chastise people for reposting old links.

It helps those new to Blitz to find these same links you found long ago, easier when they are on the first page they look too.

" Some times when fox hunting, you have to remind the hounds what it is they are hunting by waving a fox tail in front of their noses or they'll just start to chase a rabbit that's feeding in a field next to the stone wall"

Good sleuthing, good blitz detective work, keep looking, and we'll keep watching.

And hotshot, I wasn't being sarcastic, I think anyone that finds Blitz tutorials is doing a great service to the Blitz Community,
and as Hot said, look around the forums when you get some free time, some real Gems hidden in these webpages,

thank you all .

WE who are about to Blitz , Salute you!

Maybe best posting these in the blitz3d forum as well if you haven't done already? They look useful for folks starting out.
