Blender to B3D Exporter?

It would seem that Gandalf's site is down, so I was wondering where I can find another exporter form blender to .b3d.

So, I download it, put it in my blender scripts folder, downloaded python 2.6.6 and went into blender(2.49) went to scripts window, export scripts --> b3d export and I get this: Input Error: No module named OS

I eventually got it working by downloading the 32bit version of blender.
